An inter-faculty international exchange agreement was concluded with the School of Nursing and School of Health Sciences—Cheju Halla University

An inter-faculty international exchange agreement with the School of Nursing and School of Health Sciences, Cheju Halla University (hereinafter, CHU) was concluded on Wednesday, June 5 2019 at the Faculty of Medicine, Yamaguchi University. The signing ceremony was attended by Wui-Kyung Shin, Director of the International Relation Division and Hyun-Ju Kim, Dean of the School of Nursing, Cheju Halla University, and Tanizawa, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Nogaki, Director of Health Science Department of Yamaguchi University. 
CHU, located at Cheju Island, South Korea, and has been active in international exchange since its establishment in 1969, having concluded agreements with 62 Universities in 10 countries. The university is also internationally well recognized for the School of Nursing and School of Health Sciences publishing the international academic journal regarding nursing—the Journal of Problem Based Learning. In this international exchange agreement, both universities reached an agreement regarding research among professors, and an exchange made among students of both universities. 
In the ceremony, Wui-Kyun Shin, Director of the International Relation Division, expressed his goal to promote the exchange between both universities on the occasion of this agreement, and deans of the faculty, etc. of both universities signed the agreement.

Yamaguchi University's Faculty of Medicine and Health Science plans to go on expanding exchanges with partnership schools, in order to help students and faculty members alike become more and more globalized, while helping each other grow.
