RESEARCH
専門は電波天文学。特にX線連星、活動銀河中心核から噴出する宇宙ジェットの電波観測研究を行っている。宇宙ジェットが周辺環境に及ぼす影響を理解すること、また宇宙ジェットの形態や放射の特性から周辺環境の物理状態を理解することを目指している。

Dr. Sakemi obtained a PhD degree from Kyushu University, Graduate School of Science. She is a radio astronomer specializing in the observational study of astrophysical jets. She aims to understand how jets interact with and influence their surrounding environments, including the transfer of energy and momentum into the ambient medium. At the same time, she investigates how the morphology and radiative properties of jets can be used as probes of the physical conditions of their environments, such as magnetic field structures and particle acceleration processes.
