時間学研究所 副所長／准教授

PROFILE
1973年生まれ（島根県出身）。
京都大学大学院文学研究科博士後期課程研究指導認定退学。
博士（文学）。2012年より山口大学時間学研究所講師。2015年7月より現職。

RESEARCH
専攻は社会学。近代社会固有の時間経験・知覚についての社会学的研究、とくに産業資本主義の発達に伴う祝祭体験の特徴に関する研究を主題とする。

代表的業績
・『時間学入門』（共著、恒星社厚生閣、2026年）、『「酔っぱらい」たちの日本近代』（KADOKAWA、2025年）

My specialty is sociology. I am researching the characteristics of the experiences and the perceptions with time of modern society, and in particular I am researching the process of transformation of celebration experiences associated with the growth of capitalism.
