The Graduation Ceremony for the academic year 2025 will be held as follows.

Tuesday, March 24^th, 2026, from 10:00 am (Doors open at 8:50 am)
(Graduates should enter by 9:30 am)

Ishin -TAIKO Arena
(4-1-1 Ishin Memorial Park, Yamaguchi)

Eligibility

Students who complete Master’s program, Professional Degree program and graduate from undergraduate faculty

Conferment of diploma
Message from the president
Message from the president of the alumni association
Message from the current student representative
Messages from graduating representatives of graduate schools and faculties
Commendation
Closing address

※Please refrain from arriving by car, as heavy traffic is expected in the surrounding areas of the Ishin Memorial Park due to the ceremony. Free shuttle bus service between each campus and the venue is available for students and parents. The bus schedule and stops will be announced early in March.

Shuttle bus schedule and stops in Yoshida, Kogushi and Tokiwa Campus are to be announced.

○Taxi stand at the venue is to be announced.

About the Livestream

For those who are unable to attend in person, the ceremony will be live-streamed on YouTube. Please feel free to watch it. The video will also be available for viewing for several days after the ceremony.
