YAMAGUCHI UNIVERSITY

Information on COVID-19

Revised December 28, 2022

COVID-19 infection has been still spreading nationwide and in Yamaguchi Prefecture. Number of infected people continues to increase. It is necessary to continue to work to prevent the spread of infection throughout Yamaguchi University (YU).
Regardless you have been vaccinated or not, we should avoid 3Cs: closed spaces, crowded places, close-contact settings, and take basic infection prevention measures such as “adequate ventilation,” “frequent washing and sanitizing your hands,” and “wearing a mask.”
In addition, YU requires you to keep health observation by yourself in order to take care of your health, such as taking your body temperature in the morning and in the evening.

Forms are changed as follows:
・”Infectious Disease Report Form” ・・・In case of the test result is positive.
・”Close Contact Report Form”・・・In the case you are designated to be a close contact person with a patient.
The “Health Observation Form” and “Behavioral History and List of Close Contact Person (Form 2)” are discontinued.
