The Graduation Ceremony will be held as follows.

Friday, March 22nd, 2024, from 10:00 am (Doors open at 8:50 am)
(Graduates enter by 9:30 am)

Eligibility

Students who complete Master’s program, Professional Degree program and graduate from undergraduate faculty

Program

  • Opening address
  • Conferment of diploma
  • Message from the president
  • Message from the president of the alumni association
  • Message from the current student representative
  • Messages from graduating representatives of graduate schools and faculties
  • Commendation
  • Closing address

 

※Please do not come by car as traffic jams are expected in the surrounding areas of the Ishin Memorial Park because of the ceremony. Free shuttle bus service between each campus and the venue is available for students and parents.

    About the Livestream

    For all those who cannot attend, a video stream of the ceremony will be shared via YouTube Live. Please take the time to watch the proceedings.  The video shall be available for viewing for several days after the ceremony.

     

    About AR Photo Flames

    We have created two types of Yamaguchi University AR Photo Frames to celebrate your graduation and completion. You can take a commemorative photo of your graduation or completion at any place, such as a ceremony venue or a memorable place on campus.

    ※Please pay close attention to the surrounding environment.
    ※This service is available until April 30th.

    How to use

    (1) Scan the QR code below with a smartphone or access the URL from a smartphone to activate the camera. (Access from a PC is not possible.)
    (2) Please allow access to the camera to less-ar.com.
    (3) A photo frame will appear on the camera screen. Press the shooting button at the bottom of the screen to take a picture.
    (4) Press and hold the screen to save the captured image from the menu.

    ※Please note that some models and operating systems may not be available.
