Division of Humanities

Division of Humanities aims to cultivate highly ethical professionals who can contribute to solving the challenges of the contemporary world and local communities by utilizing the specialized knowledge gained through the study of philosophy, history, contemporary society, Japanese and Chinese language and literature, and European and American language and literature.

Division of Clinical Psychology

Division of Clinical Psychology aims to cultivate advanced psychology professionals who can contribute to local communities by elucidating the diverse challenges faced by local communities and the increasingly complex nature of human behavior from the perspectives of psychology and clinical psychology, promoting and maintaining mental well-being while respecting individual differences, and solving problems through a multidisciplinary and multifaceted approach.

Division of Economics and Management

The Economics Program aims to cultivate professionals capable of contributing to overcome challenges facing local and global communities through analyses grounded in economics, public administration, law, tourism, and related disciplines. The Management Program aims to cultivate professionals who can identify issues in business management and develop practical and effective solutions to address them.

Division of Co-creation Sciences

In today's increasingly complex society, solving problems and creating new value require the effective integration of knowledge across diverse academic disciplines. We bring together the world's humanities-based knowledge from around the world in Yamaguchi to foster multidisciplinary and multifaceted perspectives. Through this interdisciplinary approach, our program cultivates professionals who can design innovative cultures and social systems.
